In March I’ll be teaching at Bali Spirit Fest in Indonesia and in December 2019 I’ll be holding a retreat in North India. Another retreat is also in the works for Costa Rica 2020! <3

One spot unexpectedly opened up to the luxury retreat I am holding in Costa Rica in January. Seven nights, Jan 14th-21st. Yoga every day taught by me, gourmet organic meals prepared for you daily, food grown right on the premises! Fresh squeezed juices every morning and yes, cocktails for those who thirst for that as well 😅. Excursions available or complete quiet & relaxation if you prefer, since the only group on the entire premises will be the 10 of you and me. The yoga platform where classes are held daily in the middle of the rainforest. Mats, blocks, blankets and straps all on site, you don't need to bring anything unless you really want to. <3
