It is hard to believe but I have been asked to teach my Black Metal Yoga at Bali Spirit Festival this year. I'll be there hanging out all week and then some having an awesome time. I'm very excited for this opportunity and to go somewhere I have not yet been! YAY!
I'll be teaching a three-hour Intro to Sanskrit workshop at the upcoming Laughing Lotus 200-hour teacher training! I'm very excited as Laughing Lotus is an amazing magical and innovative studio and school and I'm thrilled to be a part of their teaching program.
